Thornleys has existed as a firm providing legal services for thirty years, operating from our offices in Plymstock, Plymouth, Devon.
Our practice is primarily in the following areas:
• Conveyancing - the transferring of all types of property from one owner to another.
• Wills and Probate - the vital task of having a will drawn up and the following of legal requirements when a person passes away. We are also able to advise fully with regard to Powers of Attorney, Older Client issues and other related matters.
• Will disputes - disputes relating to Wills, Trusts and Probate. Tony Pearce is a specialist and is a member of The Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
• Tax & Estate Planning - providing for others (either family, future generations or friends) in ways which will be more beneficial to them.
• Property Disputes - claims in relation to property including boundary disputes, and co-habitee claims.
• Matrimonial and Family Law - advising on divorce and relationship breakdown with emphasis on children, property and finances.
• Dispute Resolution - the firm deals with the settling of disputes in the County and High Court, either actual or intended.
