Michael qualified as a Solicitor in 1972 and specialises in Commercial, Agricultural and Residential Conveyancing and small business transfers. He possesses many years experience in these fields and advises on leases of all types of commercial property, including negotiating lease renewals, rent reviews and handling leasehold transfers.
Michael has been in practice in Plymouth since 1981 thereby acquiring much knowledge of land and property in the City and surrounding areas.
Personal Interests: Michael is a keen gardener and enjoys walking in the country.
