Simon qualified as a Solicitor in 1996 and since qualifying has specialised in Residential Conveyancing matters. Simon has considerable experience in freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and remortgages, equity release and lifetime mortgages, small residential freehold and leasehold developments.
Simon has practiced in Plymouth since qualifying and this has enabled him to gain considerable local knowledge and experience.
Personal Interests: Simon enjoys watching rugby (sadly his playing days are behind him) and boating.
